Our hot sale products are cotton roll, cotton ball, cotton pad, zigzag cotton, dental cotton roll, cotton coil, cotton swab, bleached cotton, gauze roll, gauze swab, gauze bandage, lap sponge.

Our production lines lay from raw material to final products. We have 4 bleaching boilers for bleach cotton, which were our only production lines back to 1988, 30 sets of coming machines for carding process, which enable us to produce different thickness cotton. About 40 more production lines for dental cotton roll, cotton ball, dental cotton roll, cotton pad, cotton coil make our quality consistent and lead time on time. As time goes, our technology has upgraded from carding technology to needle punchture technology and spunlace techonology.

Absorbent gauze production lines were installed few years after our bleached cotton well-known in market of China. So far we have installed 2 bleaching boilers to bleach gauze material, 100 sets of weaving machines to make sure our raw material sufficient for our clients, 50 sets of gauze swab folding machines and 30 more production lines for gauze roll, ziagzag gauze, pillow gauze, gauze bandage, lap sponge. With our rich experience in medical cotton wool ang gauze industrial, we keep optimizing our production lines and processes to keep our products competitive and consistent in price and quality.
